Recently Cup of Jo & Pinhole Press hosted a little get together and I could not get over these freshly hand picked flower arrangements by Amy Merrick. She said she likes to create arrangements inspired by how the flowers grew in the wild because they are naturally beautiful just the way they are… so lovely right?
Domed Butterfly Display | Sweet Paul
One of the things I have in my house that I absolutely adore is a boxed butterfly display. Normally I would be horrified by something like this but it was bought years ago by my Uncle. It means a lot to me. This display reminds me a lot of that. I love this, and as they say, this would cost crap loads if you bought it in a store. I don’t know where I would get a dome like that. But I guess that would be the most expensive part. Weekend project!
Hanging Coat Rack | House & Home
I see these in design magazines all the time, but this is the first time I’ve seen a DIY for it! How easy is this too, I think the hardest part would be trying to find a good piece of wood! If you haven’t got a lot of storage space, this would be great to add a bit more hanging space.
